Lifto is a ride-planning and booking service for pre-booked chauffeur-driven transportation. Ride plans and allocations do not constitute public routes, public transport, bus transportation or the sale of individual seats.

Quotations and availability

Website content is indicative. Final pricing, availability, vehicle category, route eligibility, waiting time, cancellation terms and other commercial conditions are confirmed in the applicable quotation or booking confirmation.

Regulatory requirements

Services are subject to applicable permits, vehicle approvals, tariff requirements and other rules of the relevant transport authority. A requested journey may be declined or adjusted where required for operational or regulatory compliance.

Ride allocations

Unless expressly stated in a confirmed offer, ride allocations are not transferable, are subject to the applicable validity period and do not guarantee a specific chauffeur or vehicle.
